We published a medium post about our first week of building a creative hub for a digital product studio. It will be our “before” picture.
Tio has been around for approximately 5 years. Since then, we’ve had our own offices (in a few locations), worked entirely remotely (before it was hip), and in co-working spaces. Everyone taught us a lot. We eventually decided on having an office with a remote option after testing many different ways of working over the years. Our team’s demands are best served by this hybrid model. Our present office is a regular flat in Istanbul Kadköy. We opted to relocate because our company’s needs were expanding. Our current expansion includes this excursion.
